"When i called we discussed what I was looking for. He explained I needed to look at a place that sells mobile home items such as for the tub so it would fit correctly. Saving me a HUGE headache! Whenever I had a question he had no problem answering it. On our agreed upon date for installation he arrived early and immediately began working. He widen areas and removed and replace tub,shower,cabinets and other misc items. He was there for 4 days and each day he would leave the rooms picked up. I am very pleased with the outcome it is exactly as we discussed...beautiful and functional! And he even do a couple of little extra things such as fixed my leaky faucet for no additional charge! "The technicians arrived at my house and immediately went to work.  One technician cleaned the dryer vent while the other two inspected the chimney.  The technician who cleaned out the dryer vent went into the basement to inspect the dryer vent in the basement before he started.  That process took about 10 minutes.  He showed me the bag of lint that he removed from the dryer vent.  He acutally took out quit a bit of lint.  The other technicians came in to tell me that they found no cracks in the chimney and offered to spray the sealant into the chimney.  The gave me a quote ahead of time and told me they could preform the service right away so that I didn't need to make another apointment.  That whole process took about 45 minutes.  I was impressed with the professionalism of the technicians.
