"Dave is a true craftsman! He was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and got our older hardwood floor repaired and refinished in short order. The type of wood needed to repair some water damage we suffered was hard to source, but Dave has his ways and was able to round some up from halfway across the country. It was delivered quickly and Dave got to work right away. After about a week of focused work, he had the old wood out, our slab dried and prepped, the new wood in place, and the entire room sanded and refinished uniformly. He was always on time, got right to work, and cranked this job out - all the while with careful attention to detail. Others we contacted were always interested in converting us to faux wood alternatives or tile. Dave, on the other hand, is an artisan who knows how to work with real wood and wood inlay. So glad we found him! There aren't many like Dave still around (unfortunately)."

"I have never dealt with a more incompetent company as Best Flooring. It started with the removal of all the original flooring which left holes in my wall, chipped cabinets and every corner of my house walls scuffed. They were very apologetic and promised to make it right…They didn’t. I brought up many concerns during demolition and installation. My floors upstairs were creaking like I lived in a 100 year home. There were cracked planks in every room. The floors were moving when stepped on. They came out twice to fix the problems and used my 4 un-opened boxes to replace the “problem” areas. I finally had to get a certified floor specialist to come to my home to give an unbiased opinion on what was going on. Which cost more money out of my pocket. Come to find out they never leveled my floors correctly. So As of right now I am out of over $22,000…What I paid them for the flooring, what the flooring cost and plumber fees. They broke my flanges on 2 toilets and reinstalled my master bath toilet when repairing the floors for the second time and the toilet leaked to my downstairs. There is countless other problems like ruining my rug, spilling something on my outside freshly painted porch that is now discolored. I could go on and on. My floors are only 3 months old!!! Please do not use this company. They are awful and have no clue what they are doing!"

"Wouldn’t recommend or rehire for services. Could never predict if/when installers would arrive, little project oversight on behalf of the company. After finishing the project late, I was disappointed and frustrated with the lack of attention to detail and sloppiness, particularly with the trim and caulking. I will give credit that they offered to come fix the remaining issues that I identified after the install, but I chose not to accept the offer and repaired the issues myself."

Brad was highly recommended to me and after interviewing him extensively I was sure he was a competent professional. I trusted him enough to do the work while I was out of town. I am pleased to say, that as a fussy guy, I couldn't have done any better than he did. Lastly, he was very honest, gave a reasonable price, and his employees were customer oriented. Couldn’t be happier with our whole house floor replacement!"

"I had Kyle install Luxury Vinyl Tile in my Lanai, Kitchen and 2 bathrooms. He did the most wonderful job. He is meticulous and does high quality work. He shows up on time and cleans up when he is finished. He is a very nice person and a pleasure to have in your home. I was happy to find out that he also installs new kitchen cabinets and had him come back and basically remodel my kitchen with new cabinets and backsplash. He installed my new sink and plumbing. He helped me pick out my granite for my countertop and negotiate with the granite installer. I get so many compliments on my new floors and kitchen. Thank you Kyle for for all that you did for me!!"
