"Carlos and his crew of professional workers were amazing! They did an incredible job on my floors: sanding, polishing and refinishing my entire apartment in Riverdale, Bronx. They did the job in a timely manner. Carlos was communicative through out the process showing me work in progress. They also removed my floor moldings for a moderate fee and took care of the trash and left the apartment in great condition, clean with no dust. I truly recommend them. "They needed to raise the shower floor, so time is needed for it to cure. There seems to be a difference between what was discussed, and what the installer explained. We were told that this company was certified in mold remediation, and that is included in the quote. Installer acted surprised when I mentioned that and also other details that were discussed with our sales rep Dustin. Without the modifications discussed with our sales rep, the shower door that was delivered will certainly not fit. Feeling nervous about the outcome of this job."
