"We at Wall to Wall strive for quality workmanship, and to stay within the bounds of our expertise; which is why the contractor we had hired for this particular job is NO LONGER EMPLOYED at Wall to Wall. The contractor was at first brought onto our team as a salesman, and while taking sales calls advertised to us his flooring ability, so we tried to utilize our resources, giving him more authority and responsibility than we should have. While on the job, apparently he began to offer other services such as painting and sink installation without our knowledge, under our company banner, and we were only informed by the contractor himself after the job was "completed" and he was paid. If we had known about the problems this customer was having with ANY work that was done, we would have made every effort to resolve any issue before accepting full payment to ensure their satisfaction; even if it meant taking a financial loss. We apologize for any wasted time and financial burden this may have caused and are continuing to pursue a reputation of excellence through quality workmanship and customer care in our surrounding communities. "I am the owner that had followed up on this project. I regret that this had happened to [removed member name] she is a nice person and was a recurring customer. The crew that had installed her flooring were veterans of the trade and should have never have made these type mistakes. Needless to say they do not work for us any longer. I thought that I had resolved the issue by removing the areas that were affected by the debris but apparently I had not. My partner and myself have come from the installation side of this trade and we know how important customer satisfaction is. We strive to make that our number one mission.
