"Representative came when promised. I wanted him to repair a broken glass in a window and replace all my window screens. He was very professional and went right to work looking everything over for the estimate. The estimate was more than I expected and more than I could pay. I don't know if the price was reasonable or not, it was more than I expected. However, I was so impressed with the handyman that I went ahead and allowed him to repair the window pane. I gave him half the money he picked up the glass and had it replaced in no time."

"The original salesman was very high-pressure and my husband found that a complete turnoff. However, even though we didn't sign that night (or even within the next few weeks), I'm very pleased that we finally decided to use Home Pro rather than the other companies who gave us less expensive estimates. What we finally ended up ordering was much more extensive than what we'd have ordered the first time we talked to the salesman, so we were correct to wait and discuss what we really wanted them to do. There were initially a few communication problems among different people in the office where one person would forget to pass the information down the line, but partway through the process, they hired someone to handle those issues and it's made a huge difference. The followup now just involves one call and apparently, once it gets on the list, it won't come off until it's resolved. Overall, Home Pro workers are THE BEST. The window installers, plasterers, painters, etc. are extremely interested in doing a good job and they did it. Nothing was left undone or half-done. This company has a Satisfaction Guarantee and as I learned in a business law class, there is no better guarantee than that. They successfully resolved every issue I had and I cannot be more pleased with their work. I remarked several times to Dave that I was extremely pleased with the quality of work being done by the installers, plasterer and everyone else, and he said it was just the way Home Pro does it. They hire the best, and I've seen it firsthand."
