They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. "Initial inspection found rotted section caused by mounting devices of pool solar panels. Applied a sealant around all hardware to make watertight until they could get back to us to make the repair. By the way, solar company has been up there twice over the years to fix leaks in the panels and never mentioned the noticeable damage and rotting! Rotted section of roof was about 4 foot square. They cut pipes to solar panels, lifted them out of the way, cut out rotted roof section and hauled away. Replaced roof section and shingles, then remounted solar panels, waterproofed the mounts, and reconnected the pipes.

"After first meeting Joe, we were very impressed with his "can do" attitude and his professional approach.  He explained everything he would do and his estimate was complete and detailed.  He also listed some items that we asked about, but which were not included in the estimate because he needed to check on the cost.  We originally planned to use the same house colors, but after Joe made some helpful suggestions on how to choose and preview colors, we opted to change everything.  He arrived when he said he would, or called if he was delayed.  We were not at home during all the work, but were very happy with the progress each day.  In the end, we elected to remove some of the minor repairs we had asked him to do and had him repaint the garage doors instead, due to a poor color choice that we made.  He was flexible and easy to work with.  We are very pleased with the results and are very happy that we chose Joe.
