Fire alarms randomly went off in the middle of the night several times, the security alarm also went off several times and NEVER received a call to check on our safety. Many of our neighbors have experienced the same issues, but unfortunately for them, they are still tied to the contract. I WOULD NOT TRUST THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF YOUR FAMILY ON THIS COMPANY. Asked to cancel the contract multiple times due to my increased concerns of lack of security monitoring. Even when they can’t deliver on their responsibilities, they will not let you out of the contract. $58 a month wasted on this Company. Even when the contract expired, they still require you to sent email cancelling the contract...and pay a partial month?
