"I recently completed a large pool and deck renovation project with Surfside Pavers. The work involved the setting of more than 2500 square feet of large format 20 mm and 10 mm porcelain tile. The job was quite challenging for a variety of reasons but particularly because of the multiple elevations and the many complicated angles involved. I have to say it was executed to perfection. Surfside’s attention to detail was exemplary. I never saw anyone setting tile without simultaneously verifying their work with a large level. As a result, the tiles were all perfectly aligned with one another and the drainage of the deck was even better than promised. I particularly want to thank Keith Spalding for overseeing the project. He always made time to explain their plans and intentions and patiently answered my many questions. It was obvious he had complete control of the situation and was absolutely dedicated to making our vision a reality. I would recommend Surfside Pavers unreservedly. "Review time!! DR Cabinetry!! Dan Reece did a install at my home. His guys installed the wrong size cabinet above my Refrigerator and the doors won?t open. Also they installed my sink to high and the counter top people who he hired cut it more and to much. He was supposed to come back and fix the cabinet above my refrigerator and put in the trim around my cabinets. I?ve contacted him several times and yet to get a response. This is absolutely ridiculous for a local contractor to do this to their clients. DR Cabinetry you should be ashamed of this work!"

"Edward Ryan worked with us every step of the way... he helped us get the designs and permits and did a large amount of the work himself. He has a great work ethic and kept everything moving forward. The subcontractors he did use were very professional. They did such a great job that you would have a hard time figuring out where the addition was put on if you didn't know where to look. I fully intend to use him again for home renovations we have planned."

"No star for Eli, owner of American Pavers. You won?t get follow-up unless you post a negative review. He repeatedly asked me to remove my initial review when the problems were ?fixed? (which I did), yet my backyard is sinking again. His so-called lifetime warranty is a sales pitch and resulted in no shows, no calls, no apologies or explanation, only threats. He indicated he would report us to the police for posting a negative review. After contacting him, he promised someone would come. Lots of back-and-forth and extreme delays. He texted 100% for sure Saturday morning, then nobody showed. He blamed weather (though it wasn?t raining). Everything is documented. This is about Eli personally (not his hardworking crew). He lacks integrity, respect, accountability and reliability. Communication is terrible. Customer service among the worst. Don?t trust Eli or American Pavers."

"The pricing was very good. The lowest I quote I had. The price was lowered initially by the female owner without me even asking. The communication was spotty initially and then non existent at the end. I give it to crew, they had an initial road block. Part of my walk way leading to my house was poured with the initial slab for the house. This made it super thick. The boys tried to chip at it but eventually the boss man had to come up with a new plan. The plan was good and it ended up being the best option. The issue I had was with the details. There was a 2 foot by 2 foot corner area that was done very poorly. By poorly I mean It looked like someone blind measured and did it. I have 2 to 3 inch gaps where the house meets the pavers. I have a down spout that is piped underground that had the same gaps. Instead of measuring and cutting pavers to spec, they just decided to used the pavers they already had. Because the pavers are set dimensions it left huge gaps that when you see it you just shake your head. The rest of the area is good but not above average. Some pavers are already starting to become unlevel. The portion was the last part in the day and it was getting dark. Because of this I believe they didn't want to cut pavers and just plopped the ones they had resulting in a ****** job. This allowed them to be done in one day and not come out another time. The issue is when I addressed this with the female owner she assured me it would be fixed. After 4 attempts which included 2 no call no shows I stopped asking them to fix it. Having little things to fix is very common but the great companies fix any to most issues after a job is done. At this point I already payed them in full so the urgency wasn't there. In the end I found out that the owners, a couple, were split and this ultimately affected the communication. The wife would quote and be the middle man and the husband, along with a crew would do the work. Because their personal relationship wasn't good it in the end resulted in poor communication and a job that still has issues needed to be addressed. I wouldn't recommend this company due to the personal side of their relationship affecting the business side. The information about the relationship was told to me by the wife herself which I thought was unprofessional."

"B&D Pavers went over and above my expectations! The project was delayed because of the hurricane but Diego called beforehand and we made arrangements to continue after all was clear. Good communication here. Professional men and professional work. All this, AND a great price. I will definitely call them again. Hire them and you will be as pleased as I am."
