They were nice initially but once we paid for service they were very rude to us including the admin staff and installers who said it could be a wait time of two months and to be prepared to wash our dishes in the tub. Also, there are little chips around the sink and they cut the granite so there is a seam in the middle of the sink. I don't believe it was ever polished as when you run your hand across the granite you can feel little bumps. Finally, they left the door wide open when they completed the work. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They did a very good job. They were prompt and courteous. Everyone was very nice to work with, and the owner even came to the house to check on the project. The granite is gorgeous!

Terrible, the holes were drilled wrong for my faucets in all three vanity tops and now my faucets don't work. Jon Beckett the owner won't return calls to redo this job.

Stonecrafters did a fantastic job from start to finish.  Greg came out to do our Quote and was prompt and informative.  We went to the stone yard for hours but ended up picking a stone he had onsite.  I couldn't be happier with the choice.  It look amazing in the kitchen.  There is only one small seam in the entire kitchen.  The installers were fantastic.  They noticed an area did not flow together well with color and let us have the option of having them cut another piece that would look better.  So glad we waited the extra two days for completion as it looks so good.  I would recommend this company to anyone needing stone.  Thank you Stonecrafters for putting together our beautiful kitchen.

An excellent experience. Jon was very communicative and provided an excellent price. Appointments were timely and the installers were very polite and clean workers. I got quotes from four providers and stonecrafters had the best price.

The stone selection in their yard was good, and they work with other yards if you wish a different stone. They came to the house and "templated" the vanity, their arrival was per schedule. They cut the granite for size, two wash sinks, four holes for faucets and made the granite backsplash. They returned to install it, very professionally. This is the third installation they have done for us and all have gone very well.

From my first contact to the end of the job they were wonderful. Would highly recommend Stonecrafters.

They lined the design in the granite to match perfectly at an area they had to split. We chose granite for our kitchen backsplash in which they did an impeccable job. Our builder featured our home in the Nov. 2012 Parade of Homes and StoneCrafters won an award for Best Craftsmanship of all the houses in the Parade. Plus, our home received two other awards.

After a rocky start with an office girl with a poor attitude and work ethic, I contacted the owner who immediately set everything right and even offered us a discount. He came right over and personally worked with his employee to finish the job. They were respectful and did a great job! We love, love, love our new granite kitchen island!

Excellent service

Stonecrafters came in to repair my sink after the previous contractor couldn't do it and left it covered in glue. They told me exactly the process. When they guy came in he looked at the area, and he told me exactly what the sink would need. This was the same as I had been told before, so I was confident that what he was explaining to me was correct. He put clamps and used a certain type of granite glue that would hold the sink. He took the sink off, cleaned up all the ugly glue, drilled some little areas in the granite so he could place the clamps and then he glued it down. He cleaned up the area afterwards real well. They were very professional and came out in a timely manner. They had a reasonable price for the job and the sink seems really steady. We could use the sink right away.

When my husband and I decided to remodel our kitchen, one of the big decisions was the countertop. We narrowed it down fairly quickly to either granite or quartz, and our cabinet maker suggested we talk to Stonecrafters. We dealt with Greg and he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We set up an appointment to go to their site and look at samples of quartz and the selection of granite he had onsite.
I have to tell you - choosing the countertop was the most difficult thing I've had to do in a long time! Finding something my husband and I both liked seemed impossible. We did finally decide to try to find an acceptable granite rather than quartz just because we like the randomness of granite vs the uniformity of quartz. We did not care for any of the granite Greg had onsite so he recommended we go to Stone and Surfaces in West Melbourne to see their inventory, as well as a few places in Orlando that also had large selections. After 14 visits to stoneyards (yes, I kept count) we finally agreed on a slab from Stone and Surfaces The stoneyards do not sell directly to the consumer, but only to the fabricator so we told them we were using Stonecrafters and they knew exactly who we were talking about.
After the cabinets were installed Stonecrafters came to the house and created the template. The next day we went to their site and helped decide how the template should be fit to the slab so we could get the design we wanted - and avoid a scratch in one section of the slab that we did not want in our countertop. Originally we were told we were scheduled for installation the Friday after Christmas, but then they ran into problems on another job so they couldn't come that day. However, they worked over New Year's weekend to get the slab done and on Jan. 2 they were at the house putting both the countertop and our new undermount sink in. Everything fit perfectly and they were done in about 2 hours.
Everybody we dealt with was very professional and friendly. They left everything clean and tidy and I highly recommend them. Now I have a craving to replace the countertops in the bathroom and you can be sure I'll be calling Stonecrafters!

As I mentioned in the description Stonecrafters performance was excellent. We appreciated the installer's attention to detail as they saw little corrections that made the finished job more attractive and professionally done. They took no shortcuts to do a great job. I highly recommend this company as they did an outstanding job for us at a very reasonable competitive cost. The fact that a couple of them are Steeler fans, this made the experience even better.
