"Customer was expecting us to perform as a General Contractor, Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, drywall contractor and cabinet contractor.... We are very clearly just a Granite counter tops fabricator and installer and that's all our company is licensed to do. The installers went above and beyond to attempt to complete a job that simply was not ready for our services to begin with, and they were successful in completing our work ... Also there was a list of other issues (none of which pertains to our trade) this customer was expecting us to address. My advice for future jobs for Mr. [Removed Member Name] is to hire a "general contractor" or some sort of handy man as a person between subcontractors (such as our company) and himself... Yes it would cost more money but they can address all issues often related to ANY renovation project (this is normal with every job). Good luck in the future."
"This is the Owner and Operator of Family Rocks LLC. We are very disheartened to hear about this. We as a company have never done business with the the above reviewer. The information listed in this review is misguided and extremely misleading and action is being taken immediately to rectify the abundance of slanderous lies listed above. It is my highest priority to assure any one person that reads this that this is NOT the way we conduct business. Also, we are in NO WAY affiliated with palm bay granite and have never been in affiliation with palm bay granite. This company filed for bankruptcy and we purchased their tools and materials. Beyond that, to claim anything otherwise is outright slander in an attempt to defame our character.
