Unbelievably great experience. We decided to do it 2 weeks before thanksgiving and took Karen at her word that they would have the job done in 3-5 days. They were punctual, friendly, and professional. They worked quietly and cleaned up as they went. They did put the wrong counter in one bathroom but offered to change it out when I realized the mistake. Instead we decided to update the cabinets to match the counter because Karen gave us a great price. Even with the mixup the job was not delayed and we were happy to get the old cabinets done. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Some reviews complain about them not doing the plumbing or electrical but it was clear to us that they don’t do that- they are very up-front about that. But Karen helped us to get a plumber there the day the work was done to hook everything up and working. It was a separate charge and not a problem. Eastern kitchen gave us the very best price.

Karen's team is the best team I have ever had. They offer the reasonable price, schedule the time quickly, arrival on time, very polite and professional. They have the excellent work done quickly and pro. I can't even tell how much I extremely pleased what they have done for me. I would use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I don't usually just recommend any business, especially in construction field, but WOW, I just have to recommend Eastern Kitchen.  I just bought a condo on the ocean and it's really outdated.  I was in desperate need of a new kitchen.  I called a few companies to get estimates.  The prices between them are somewhat the same.  However, all were over my budget ( I spent a lot already on other remodeling projects), so I asked if they could work within my budget.  Two companies said I would have to settle for compressed 'paper material' box frames and the 'lowest end' doors (not wood of course) and forget about picking out style that I want. These are basically the cheap stuff that people put-in for rental units.   The third company wouldn't even bother to response to me after my numerous attempts to talk to them.  Then finally Eastern Cabinets replied to me. 
I came in and they showed me a design (3-D) of what they can do to lower the cost to meet my budget.  She was so clever in her design, which tells me she is really good at what she does. She removed some cabinets but making sure the overall look of the kitchen is good.  I didn't have to settle for ugly style, cheap doors or paper-pressed box frames.  I got the real-wood, shaker-style, soft closing feature, large stainless steel handles and  white granite. There was no hidden charges anywhere.  She printed out a five page contract with all cabinets itemized and priced.  By the way, it also came with the large double-sided SS sink.  Nope, she didn't try to charge the sink or handles to boost up the total cost.
Ok, so I got the price within my budget, good material and the style I want.  What more can I say, right?  Well, this is the reason why I am taking time to write this review.
Workday Day-1 (2 weeks after I signed the contract), I was embracing for a messy demo, flying debris, etc.  WOW again, they are soooo good. They were fast, efficient, clean and professional.  They unscrew unit by unit and hauled away as they go. There was no hammering of any sort, no debris and no garbage setting in my unit.   Then they prep the wall and sweep the floors to give a clean slat work-space.  At end of Day-1, all old cabinets are gone, all based cabinets are in placed and granite template are made.  
Workday Day-2 (next day), they came back to level and permanently install all the based cabinets, then followed by the hanging ones. Then they installed the handles, baseboard and floor trim (no extra cost), cocking and wipe down down all the cabinets and clean-up.  As I was watching the installer, I noticed he takes pride in his workmanship...something you don't see much any more. He made sure sure everything is just right, but at the same time, he is, like, super fast.  I didn't see a single re-drill throughout the process; every drill, cut and screws were right on. 
Workday Day-3 (2 days later), they came back to install the granite counter-top.  It fits perfectly; I am not surprise.  
Before the installer left, I decided to chat with him.  He is fairly young and the company is owned by his friend.  Actually, they are a group of friends that have known each other since grades school.  They take huge pride in their business and have great respect for each other.  If anyone needs a kitchen and wants to do business with good people, do go see EK.  Of course, you should get a few estimates from other companies too.  But look at the fine prints if they provide a written contract and if they don't, ask them everything in detail, don't assume they will do it.  Then ask them to put it in writing.   I've have recently been burned by a general contractor (long, horrible and costly story) so I know how important it is work with honest people.  I would highly recommend these guys and would do business with them again in a heart beat.    Thank you again EK.

Everything went well and we are very satisfied with the final results.  The only thing that could have gone better was the communication.  The front office did not communicate with the installer that we wanted all kitchen cabinets lowered (the installer thought just the island was lowered) and so we had to do some last minute contracting for plumbers and electricians.  Everything else went pretty well.  We do wish they did trim work.

Job was well done. Done in specified time. Frame and was professionally done. Had damage on 2 cabinets and was fixed promptly. Very well done and pleased. Pictures are available if desired.

After meeting with several different granite businesses around town we selected these folks based on what seemed like a reasonable price and mostly positive reviews. After enduring the multiple trips to the stone yard to pick out a slab and the secret pricing scheme that occurs between the stone yard and granite retailers we settled on dates to measure the counters, review the slab before cutting to make sure we had enough without cracks and finally, an installation date.  The night before the measurement appointment we received a call that the tech had an appointment for his new puppy at the vet and could he come over now ((6:00PM'ish).  That didn't work for us so we negotiated a new time the next day for the measurement.  When he didn't show up at the agreed upon time I called him on his cell phone and he advised that he had re-scheduled his veterinary appointment and would be at our house shortly. Bottom line, he was about an hour late for the new time and totally unapologetic.  Second appointment was to inspect the slab.  We called the day before to verify the appointment time but when we showed up it appeared to be a surprise and all of the techs/installers were out on.a job.  The "manager"  called them and said they would be back shortly...again, about an hour later we started the process.  Third appointment was for installation which was to occur at 10:30AM, based on a phone call with the office manager the day before.  At 11:00AM they hadn't shown up nor had we received any phone calls so I called them.  They had forgotten about the installation!  So, they scrambled to find installer help and said they would be at our house around noon.  They showed up around 1:45PM.  The lead installer was somewhat surly throughout the job but to his credit, the countertops look great. 
Overall, they got the job done but it was much more aggravating than it needed to be.  They need to get their act together in the office and start emphasizing customer service!

The gentlemen came and did the demo in a few hours a few days before they started the actual installation. The cabinets were installed in a day and the granite counter tops were installed two days later after the granite was custom made. The guys were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. I highly recommend them. The work was excellent and the price very reasonable.

In short, they did a very nice job.  Karen patiently worked with us as we picked a granite we liked.  She gave us good advice and they were quick to do the install once we were ready.  Everything was cut well and where they had to do a seam, it is practically invisible.  We're very happy with the quality of the install.  We would recommend them to anyone.  Thanks Easter Kitchen!

Karen did an excellent job organizing the installation of my granite countertop.  She was very professional and efficient and the results was wonderful.  The price and service were very good and she was able to get the job done quite quickly.  She also did the job at the promised price.

The color they installed wasn't the one we agreed on, and they won't refund my money. Karen who I spoke with on the phone about getting a refund was very very rude and hung up on me.

I was hesitant to use Eastern Kitchens because the price was too good to be true.  I have been very satisfied with the value we received working with Eastern Kitchens.  The cabinets seem to be holding up well, and Eastern Kitchens returned and adjusted a couple of drawers that seemed to stick a little, and to correct a small problem with a piece near the dishwasher.
There were a couple of minor problems (one cabinet was the wrong size and they couldn't install the microwave exactly as they had said they would), but they worked with us to come up with workable solutions that I am very satisfied with.  
If you are willing to keep an eye on things and be a little flexible, they provide a good product at an OUTSTANDING price.  Karen was very helpful as I was trying to make all the decisions and Tony and crew were very efficient.

I was extremely pleased with the finished product and the professionalism of the staff.
After the installers left, I discovered a few items which I felt needed to be corrected.  Tony came to my home at 7PM that night, traveling about 50 miles each way, and fixed all of the items with such meticulous attention to detail that you would have thought it was his home. Thank you Tony.
I had purchased a slide in oven which was too high to install when the counter tops were done and needed to be adjusted downward by the appliance store. Once that was done, they returned a second time, sending Jim to complete the installation and he was just as meticulous about his work.

They put a brand new kitchen in for me.  They did an excellent job.  They were on time, punctual and stayed late to keep with the scheduling.  They were professional and 100% informative.  I had really a good experience with this company and would highly recommend to others. They were kind and courtesy and completely met  my needs.
