"SafeStreets’ alarm system is fantastic. The motion sensors, door/window contacts, and cameras work flawlessly. The home automation features are a huge plus—I can control everything from my phone. Highly recommend SafeStreets to anyone looking for reliable security."

"We didn’t realize how many items could be integrated into our ADT security system. But after speaking with the helpful representative on the phone for about 10 minutes, we decided to go forward with their full home automation package. Not only are the doors and windows secure, but we can control lights, the thermostat, and the garage door."

"Project went well, and one snag (related to a supplier) was addressed very well. Crew was polite, efficient, really did a nice job. Windows and door look great, and are now storm damage resistent. Thanks guys!"

"Doug is the BEST!! I called several companies to bid on replacing all windows and a patio door in my house. Several of the companies never even showed up ( Hope Depot, Lowes) . Others were lacking the customer service skills i was looking for but Doug from Tropic Guard was right on point and worked with me through the entire process( My first house). Then came the installation which went seamlessly. John did a very professional job and cleaned up like he wasn't even there. The windows and especially the patio french door look amazing and are of high quality.Doug was true on delivery and install dates and was very accommodating with my schedule. I would highly recommend Tropic guard to anyone looking for windows and doors. It is refreshing to see that true customer service still exists and going above and beyond is what Doug does. Thanks Doug and John for making my house look amazing!!!"

"Far exceeded my expectations in every aspect which says a lot with over 35 windows and door being replaced"

"Sam went above and beyond. He suggested (without pressuring) upgrading my phone, cable and internet cabinet to be more modular and add backup. Work was professional and reasonably priced. Sam really knows his stuff; after my next phase of home improvement, I’m bringing him back to install a security system!"

"Iwas pleased with their professionalle handling. They knew what they were doing and explained it to me and did it. They will come back and checking that the sutters are still secure. I trust them after talking to them and the workers they sent were excellent. i was impressed."

"The customer service, from presentation, administration to final installation, was fantastic. Each step of the process was prompt, informative, flexible, and courteous. We are incredibly pleased with how the shutters enhance the look and security of our home."

"Great timing! They finished around 7pm and a storm came through in the wee hours of the morning! Great sense of security pushing the remotes at 4AM!"
