We are professional contractors, we will never be the cheapest in town, but we will treat your home with respect and ensure that it is cleaned up every day when we leave. We know this is an inconvenience and want to make this experience as easy as possible. We also cover limited service areas in the Lakewood Ranch.

Drywall Repair
I have used this company for drywall repair and other household repairs such as replacing rotten wood, etc. Robert Prine is a reputable business person and does what he tells you. He is fair in his pricing and also is extremely knowledgeable in his home repair advice. I highly recommend this company, and you will not be disappointed in using them. He is a veteran and I support utilizing veteran owned companies when possible.

Drywall Repair
The repair was a simple refastening of a ceiling drywall board. I paid $ 300.00 for a simple screw up the board to the ceiling studs. The guy they sent left a mess every where from the popcorn ceiling. You would think that after the simple repair that they would clean or attempt to pick up some of the mess . I contacted Rob and his response was (sir we screwed up your drywall just like you asked) really disappointed with the horrible customer service and non - caring after it was brought to their attention. Beware of this company, especially if you have a small job.

"Well, Bruce out of 21 reviews you are the only person that had a bad experience. Your house was an absolute mess there were dog feces on the floor from the 5 dogs you had caged up, none of my guys really even wanted to be there. There was drywall already on the floor. I tried to talk you into doing it properly and you told me you wanted me to just screw the drywall to the studs and you would fix it later. Sir, we would never ever work for you ever again your house is disgusting and the way you keep those dogs should be reported to the Humane Society."

These guys were great - on time, pleasant, and matched the texture on both my ceiling drywall and wall drywall patches very very well. (which was my biggest concern because a bad texture can really make a texture match stand out.) Overall they are awesome and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Drywall Repair
We hired RE Prine Construction for a couple of different projects at our property recently. The projects involved drywall removal, the ceiling in multiple rooms, replacing, finishing, and painting the drywall, as well as some construction repair work. As we had a strict deadline for all of the work to be completed, Rob and his team were on-site daily, including weekends, to complete everything on time. One of the projects involved working hand-in-hand with an HVAC company, as an extensive amount of ductwork had to be replaced. That went extremely well, and all ceiling drywall repairs and subsequent painting look excellent. Rob and his team were even able to do some additional painting that we realized needed to be done once the furniture was moved around and away from walls. Another thing that I was pleased with was the fact that our home was kept tidy throughout, which is no small task when replacing drywall. They even conducted a more thorough cleaning once the projects were completed and everything was completed timely. This was an excellent overall experience.

Very nice people to deal with..They arrived at the scheduled time and got the job done... We gave them a 3 day job and will bring them back in a few weeks for another 2 day job working on drywall repair . Very pleased with their work...

Drywall and texture for paint the walls of a 14x26 climate controlled Shed/Workshop. Rob and Sean did an outstanding job. Top notch customer service from estimate through site clean-up.
