"I had an excellent experience with Carlos. I called four different locksmiths before finding him, and nobody could help me with reprogramming the key for my 2008 VW Beetle. From the moment I spoke with Carlos, I could tell he really knew what he was doing. He was confident, professional, and took the time to explain the process clearly. Volkswagen keys can be difficult to program, but Carlos handled the job quickly and efficiently without any problems. The key works perfectly now, and I’m honestly so relieved after dealing with so many dead ends before finding the right person. He was punctual, respectful, and his pricing was fair — especially considering the level of expertise required for the job.
