Our house get too cold during the winter, and hot as an oven during the summer. We called Green Energy Spray Foam Insulation. I spoke with Camille and explained the situation. I was interested in having the walls and attic insulated. Next Day, Mr. Touma arrived and very straight forward with what needed to be done. No up-selling or hidden costs, and even assured attic insulation alone would satisfy my needs sparing me the extra cost of wall insulation! This company put in time and effort and accomplished outstanding results as the temperateness in the house felt wonderful allowing us to sleep much more comfortably. "I got duped by these people. I got a call from a guy named Rico (?Rigo?) who told me that the monitoring system was reporting an error that, if not fixed in short order, would result in the cancellation of my warranty. I thought that this was a little odd because the app I use to monitor my system showed no problems. Still, I agreed to have a technician come out to take a look. An inspection, repair, and panel cleaning were promised. When the technician came out, he spent at most 10 minutes on the roof. He told my wife that he found no problems. The only panel that needed cleaning had some leaves on it that he swept off with his foot. For that, I was charged $1260. I called to complain, but Rico was unbudging. I'm not sure what happened. When this company installed my solar several years ago, they were competent and professional. Not any more. Avoid these scammers like the plague!"
