Did not go at all. Technician stated that I needed a new system because my system was old. First of all he was about an hour late. Then he looked at the coils and said he could not clean them because he may do damage to the system. I saw no work order receiving for what he did do. He said the receipt would be in my email but it was not there when I checked. Next he said that they would call the following day to let me know what they could do to help but no call to this day.

They service guy came out and found out the problem right away. The cost was high but they worked with me so I could get my unit fixed and have cool air again right away. They tech was very nice and explained everything to me so I understood what was needed. The company was very helpful too. I would hire them again if needed.

Duct cleaning was ok, they couldn’t tell if it was dirty or not and couldn’t show me in the vacuum cleaner either as the operator didn’t onow how ot works, the cleanin was okish, other services were terrible and over priced for what they actually did. Sanitation is a joke.

We received bids from several companies who came out and inspected what needed to be done. Snyder and Temperature Pro N.E.Fl. gave the best prices, but Temperature Pro also offered a better deal on financing, so we went with them. We are glad we did. Their crew was prompt, courteous, conscientious, and very hard and good workers. There was a lot of work in moving everything, running new copper lines, new supply and return ductwork, and electrical, which is all working well, nothing leaks, and the workmanship looks like it is made to last. Temperature Pro included a 10 year warranty on parts and labor on everything and a lifetime warranty on the compressor of our new Amana unit. They also cleaned the ductwork and included one year of bi annual maintenance on the system. The county inspector who inspected the work commented that everything was done very well and they did a very good job of sealing the duct work to the air handler. Dealing with Al and Tony was pleasant; their crew did an excellent job, and we are happy to recommend Temperature Pro as a quality, honest, and affordable heating and air company.

My original appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, May 29, 2017. Unfortunately, the service provider did not write it down that way. After waiting past the window of arrival (8 - 10), I called and found out that I wasn't on their schedule until the next day. Fortunately, I was available. However, I wasn't happy since I had arranged my day around this appointment. The next day a technician arrived just before 9 AM and performed the check of my system with no issues.

The process went very well. The gentleman doing the work was timely, professional and open to questions. It was unbelievable to me that we have been living with the disgusting (and I am being kind here) material in the ducts. We kept up the 2X a year "system cleaning" and AC check but no one had suggested duct cleaning! After looking into what was living in the ducts and air grates, we purchased a U.V. Germicidal light. I was willing to go for 2 but was told one was enough. The ducts were disinfected and the boots (that is where the air flow enters the rooms) were sealed. Our Boots had areas around them that collected dust groupings. None of this was visible without removing the intake and output grates. We are extremely pleased with the service!! Less dust and allergy symptoms. Yea!!

It went well. The tech was pleasant and thorough. This was the first time I had this service performed, and we weren't certain about the necessity of adding in the mold killing chemical. The tech told us that we would see his findings and descriptions of what he could see, but we never got the report he mentioned. I asked for it twice.
