John was very thorough and knowledgeable. He walked us through every step of the way since we had very little to no knowledge about solar panels. He was also very honest in guiding us to pick out the right package for our home and our needs; he did not try to upsell or talk us into getting extra things we did not need. To this day, we still text/call John whenever we have questions and or concerns.

John Borne encompasses the true meaning of customer service. My husband and I had solar panels installed on our roof about two years ago. From the start of the project to the finishing of the project, John’s customer service never wavered. I asked him many questions and many of the questions were the same ones over and over again. However, he remained patient and kind. John was straightforward and honest during the whole process. I was able to call, email or text him if I had a questions or concerns and he always responded promptly. The absolute best thing about John, is that after two years of installing the solar panels I can still reach out to him with any questions. He does not have to that. He has already rendered his services and received his payment, yet he still treats me like a customer. In a world where mediocrity is the standard, it is refreshing to come across an individual who upholds a high standard of professionalism and customer service.

Smooth as Butter. The Consultation helped us to understand the process and great benefit's getting Solar Panels would entail. They even showed up with Dog Treats after finding out we had 2 small devils at Home. We was guided through the entire process and were so impressed they even stopped by for the Installation Day so we threw a BBQ for them and the Installation Crew. ..... we are still happy with our Choice and can only recommend them.
