"Very sorry we did not live up to your expectations. Customer satisfaction is are main priority. In defense of Genesis plumbing, we had no choice but to remove tile to repair your leak since you had back to back bathrooms with tile on both sides of the walls. You were made well aware of this before we started. The rate we charged you was for one man and is less then most of our competitors. You were not charged time and a half wages even though it was a Saturday. Furthermore, we were never asked for a quote. As far as the mess goes we had most of it cleaned up when you explicitly said you would finish what was left to save money on the bill. Finally, I have over 30 years of local plumbing experience most of which is in the field, graduated from a vo-tech school (1982) with a certificate in the field of plumbing and heating, and passed my Florida State certified plumbing contractors test. (1st time). You never left me with the impression you were unhappy about anything. Again we apologize that we were unable to satisfy you and promise you we will learn from our failures and try harder the next time out. Sincerely, Greg Cherrington. (President and Owner)."
