He also took care of the leaks another plumber could not fix, and came immediately after being called on a Saturday morning!"

"Joe is the BEST and MOST HONEST plumber going! I had the good fortune of finding him on Angie's list.!! He actually popped up as the very 1st plumber when I searched for a plumber. I had called and reached out to numerous plumbers that my neighbors recommended. and I then reached out to Joe. I explained my issue with a kitchen sink faucet leaking water and Joe was SMART enough to ask me to send him pictures of the kitchen sink and also the back wall of the bathroom, which I did. He viewed my pictures in advance as was able to advise me he would be able to fix my issue WITHOUT the need to RE PLUMB my entire house unlike OTHER vendors that I called and described the issue to who stated that my house we need to be completely re plumbed. He was he ONLY vendor that asked me to send him pictures of both the kitchen sink and the behind wall bathroom pipes. He he so smart and knew in advance how to effectively attack the issue BEFORE arriving and was able to start on the work immediately when he saw the issues. Joe is a one man show and self running owner. He takes great pride in his work and was very reasonable and HONEST is his assessment an overall repair to my old home built in the early 1940's. He not only fixed the repaired area's, but also patched up the effective area's. he worked on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joe's plumbing, as you will not find anyone better to do the work then him JOE is the SUPERMAN of complex plumbing issues I am SO VERY GRATEFUL for all, his help on my account ..... He and his plumber are lairs, incompetent, and stated my home MUST be re plumbed and left me with there MESS and water turned off at the street. "Mr. Rooter of St. Augustine is punctual and fast. He found the problem right away, fixed it. The price was reasonable. He pulled the carpet and followed the trail of moisture to the sink, turned on the faucet and knew exactly that it was a slow leaking drain basket in the kitchen. When I called he was here within 30 min."

I thought I had located a really wonderful plumber that I could count on in the future. That is until later-this townhouse in FL is not a home I am in very often-our daughter lives there full time-but isnt.Ms Handy. Later I went to do dishes and discovered that the sink has separated from the granite and has a large open gap on the same side where they just replaced the drain. They did NOT cause this problem however they did not bring it to my attention either and my discovery was to late in my visit to do anything about it -so I must return again.They knew I was there to wait on repairmen to fix the house issues (AC and electrician were also coming)-I dont know if they thought I would ask them to fix it and they didn't want to but I can not believe they didn't notice it.

"I initially contacted Filtration Direct through an Angie's List Big Deal promotion. After receiving a call and discussing my options, I opted for the entire home water filter system.
The installer showed up in the morning and discussed with me where it would be installed. Fortunately we had a good spot on the outside of our house. Since the tanks are guaranteed for life, I was not worried about them being out in the elements. The installer did a good job of installing, and even ran the electrical under a concrete pavement to keep it hidden.
Overall really happy with the purchase and the installation.
I primarily installed the systems as I was seeing corrosion on many of my water faucets in the house. Since this is a relatively new home, we are the original owners, I hope that this will increase the longevity of the fixtures.
