He even took extra time out of his day (for free!) and built a step for our garage door after I mentioned it was "on the list eventually". I was glad that he was able to fit me into his schedule on such short notice. He thoroughly explained how he would pressurize each plumbing line during his testing process. After he performed those diagnostic pressure tests, he donned his scuba gear and inspected every inch of the surface of the pool and the spa as well as the underwater light.
