"Mr. Pagán was on time, friendly, very professional and neat during the entire process. He explained the products being used and answered my questions. I have had many compliments on the final work and have already let friends and family know who to call for their cleaning needs."

"They seemed very knowledgeable on carpet maintenance. We were going to replace a section of carpet but they convinced us it was a bad idea because the repair would stand out like a sore thumb and that cleaning and scotch guarding was a better idea. The results proved that this was good advice."

Small jobs welcome

"Wow! Truly...wow! We had renters that destroyed the carpets between 3 animals and dropped drinks, wax stains etc. we had five rooms cleaned with pet stain removal for an incredible price and they were able to get two years worth of stains out within an hour. Gave multiple updates and reminders and the employee was so kind and educational. I can t recommend this company enough!!!! Thank you! I had used Stanley steamers in the past, but will be using this company every time in the future."

"I am very grateful to Paul for the work he did in cleaning the carpets in my home for a very reasonable price. Paul was very responsive to any questions I had for him prior to starting the project. On the day of our appointment, Paul was very punctual and begun working immediately he arrived. He was very detailed and worked hard to ensure my carpets were thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. In addition, Paul was very personable and polite. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a good job done without breaking the bank! Thank you Paul! :-)"

Carpet Cleaning questions, answered by experts

The best cleaner to remove soot depends on the surface material and the type of fire, but consider dish soaps or degreasers, baking soda, rubbing alcohol, and hydrogen. Low-oxygen fires often leave behind greasy soot, which is best removed with dish soaps or degreasers. Baking soda can be useful for absorbing soot deposits from carpets, followed by rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to clean the set-in stains.

You can clean your carpet with products you probably already have underneath your sink. You can use baking soda the same as a powdered carpet cleaner. Club soda can lift new stains, while white vinegar and dish soap can pull out old stains.

Ozone smoke removal uses an ozone generator to eliminate stubborn odors from sources like house fires, wildfires, or cigarette smoke. Ozone (O3) is a highly reactive, unstable gas that neutralizes odors by oxidizing the organic compounds it comes into contact with. During this oxidation process, ozone "donates" its extra oxygen molecule to the smoke particles, effectively eliminating their smell, with oxygen being the primary byproduct. While ozone can be effective for removing smoke smells from building materials and belongings like wood furniture, this treatment is best left to a professional, as improper use of an ozone generator can be dangerous to your health.

White vinegar, water, and dish soap is a powerful combination for removing tough carpet stains. The vinegar breaks down the stain, the water helps to rinse it, and the soap helps remove any lasting stains from your carpet.

Do not mix bleach with vinegar, ammonia, acidic liquids, or other cleaners or detergents as toxic fumes result from the chemical reaction. Mix bleach only with water to avoid dangerous chemical reactions. Even mixed with water to dilute it, bleach can still be harmful to your skin, eyes, and lungs.
