"Leafy Landscapes came out to give our front yard a facelift, and what an awesome job these gentlemen did! They took care of removing large overgrown shrubs in front of our house with an excavator, Rob redesigned the yard using a video demonstration beforehand which looked outstanding, the crew laid new bordering, expanding the beds, replaced all soil and added weed-preventing landscape fabric and landscape rock, and added several palms, small shrubs, and several items of color that were mostly maintenance-free at our request. Some landscape companies will take what you request and twist them to convince you to use certain plants that turn more of a profit for them, but not Leafy Landscapes. They'll work with your request and do everything to make it happen, offering some expert guidance along the way, but not hard-selling toward something else. What I like most is that Rob and his crew are expert at landscape and landscape design and have been involved in horticulture for many years, so they know what works and doesn't work in a central Florida landscape. "I highly recommend Central Florida Exterior Solutions for your drainage needs. They installed an underground drainage system around the exterior of my house using 6" PVC pipes, connected my downspouts to it, installed drainage grates throughout my backyard, and then installed a discharge outlet in my front yard. After the drainage pipes were installed, they brought in several trailers of dirt and regraded my rear yard to prevent water flowing towards my house. They also installed a retention wall at the rear exit of my house. I was more than happy with the entire team, and I developed a great relationship with the owners Dalton and Zach.
