He even took extra time out of his day (for free!) and built a step for our garage door after I mentioned it was "on the list eventually". "Out of 3 quotes Jesus gave more reliable and reasonable quote for the work. Then he and his team did good work and finished the project on time and as planned. The only issue I had was that initial 9 pallets suppose to be 400x9=3600 sf ft, but it was short by good 300 sqft. Not sure if installed grass is always less by some %."

Several days after the job was performed, I mentioned again that the mess was left on the side of my home and was offered to have it cleaned, I did not take the up on the offer.
