"The bathroom looks gorgeous. Mark Ellis was very nice when he came and we discussed the specifics of the bathroom. Every member of his team was professional and showed up on time. There were a few slip ups that Mark Ellis easily remedied. The first was that when they were taking out the drywall they put a hole through the bedroom wall. Mark immediately came over and told his guys to patch the hole and paid my painter to repaint the wall. The second slip up was that the window sill tile was supposed to match the bathroom step tile. It was a different color. I immediately called Mark and he remedied the situation the next day. The third slip up is that a permit was supposed to be pulled when a new shower pan is installed. He kept telling me that most of his clients do not have a permit pulled. I told him that as the contractor on the job it was his job to pull the permit since it was required by the county. He finally agreed with me to have the permit pulled but not until the floor was poured in the shower. The plumber had to take the floor off and then get the permit. It delayed the job by about a week. Again, once I pointed out the error to Mark Ellis he remedied the situation. if you use this company, make sure you make them pull a permit!! I cannot say enough about how nice and responsive Mark Ellis was to me. I would recommend using this company. Next year I will be using them to do my hall bathroom."
