Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
We hired Chris and team to add an interior wall to a living/family room so we could enclose the space for other use. His crew showed up on time, were communicative throughout the process, and did high quality work. Chris was very patient answering all my questions along the way and we are very happy with how our room turned out. Highly recommended.

We checked out several contractors for our kitchen and bathroom remodel, but GHI was the only one who respected our budget and worked in some nice extra touches we did not think we could afford. The incredibly talented crew was courteous, punctual, and always cleaned up every night before leaving. Our kitchen & bath look fantastic, and we look forward to hiring them again!

Chris and Kevin were great to work with! They kept me informed of the process. Kevin was honest with me about what was going on throughout the duration and was friendly with my cats. I would definitely rehire Guaranteed Home Improvements! The ratings on here do not sound like the gentlemen that I worked with! They did A plus work and I am super happy with my new shower and tub.

We purchased pre-hung doors and they installed and painted them for us. Our door openings are not the standard size, so the installer had to cut each door to the correct height prior to installation. The doors all look great and swing perfectly. No complaints!
