UPDATE:

We purchase a foreclosed home last year with marble floors.  They handled our marble restoration for both interior/exterior flooring and entry way and they were very detailed.  There are now visible colors that did not exist prior to the restoration.  The corners and edges that would have been covered by the baseboards and trim were polished by hand and our floors look better than we could have ever imaged they could!"

"I accepted an Angie's List deal for mobile detailing by Vee Super Clean Mobile Detailing. The attendant arrived as scheduled; however, the service went sour immediately following. I showed the attendant my truck for the detailing and he immediately said it was going to cost me extra, which is not what a customer wants to hear. When I asked why the attendant responded it was because it was a "big truck." I responded that the deal didn't say anything about "big trucks" not being part of the deal for which the attendant responded that the deal said no commercial trucks. When I then responded that it was not a commercial truck the attendant responded, "Well, it's still a big truck." (NOTE: The truck is a normal-sized Chevy Silverado HD2500, not lifted or any modifications.) Albeit maybe unintended but the message I received from the attendant was he was there to simply make money. He did nothing to make sure the deal happened (e.g., make the decision on the spot to go through with the cleaning, call a manager to negotiate). If he would have still conducted the service and showed me the service was well worth the "extra" then I would have paid the extra. I will not use this company again nor will I recommend to anyone.
