Small jobs welcome

"I was dreading having our floors sanded again because of the cost, dust, and disruption. ReCoat Revolution completely changed that. They finished everything in one day for a third of the price, with no noise and no dust. Our floors look brand new, and the whole process was easy and stress-free. This was one of the best home decisions we’ve made. Thank you Greg!"

"I have the company come regularly every 2 weeks and they do an amazing job. I have also had Bayshore Cleaning handle my carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning in the past. Both of which I was very pleased with.

UPDATE:

We purchase a foreclosed home last year with marble floors.  They handled our marble restoration for both interior/exterior flooring and entry way and they were very detailed.  There are now visible colors that did not exist prior to the restoration.  The corners and edges that would have been covered by the baseboards and trim were polished by hand and our floors look better than we could have ever imaged they could!"

"He came to my house to clean interior and exterior of car which was very convenient. The car was fairly clean after he was finished. The only problem was the back trunk which was shampooed was still damp, and when I opened the trunk few days later it had a moldy smell to it. He should have either dried it completely or let me know it was still a little damp and I could have left the trunk open to air dry.

Floor Cleaning and Waxing questions, answered by experts

To maintain tile and grout, clean the surfaces regularly with mild, non-abrasive cleaners and wipe up spills promptly to prevent buildup. It is also important to reseal the grout every 1-2 years to maintain its durability.

You can buff out small scratches or indentations from your hardwood floor, but refinishing is your best bet if you have larger areas that need work. Floors in relatively good shape but have lost their luster can be restored with thorough buffing. If your finish has worn off in areas or if you have sun or water damage, you should go with refinishing instead.

Regular sealing, proper drainage, and periodic inspections prevent premature wear and cracking.

Most experts agree that the best thing with which to clean epoxy floors is a diluted mixture of ammonia and warm water. You can also use mild dish soap diluted with warm water or a degreaser (such as Simple Green or Goof Off) diluted with warm water. Some soap-based cleaners can leave a haze. If you notice this, further dilute the mixture with water or use a different detergent that does not leave a film. You should never use harsh cleaning chemicals, any type of acidic compound (such as vinegar or citrus-based cleansers), or harsh scrubbers like steel wool or hard bristle brushes.

Yes, but with caution. A floor grinder is intended to level and polish concrete, so it is a very powerful tool. To remove paint, the floor grinder should be set to 35 square feet per minute or less to minimize the pressure without the use of pocket weights. You might need to go over the surface two times to get any paint that has sunk into the concrete’s pores.
