"I think, overall that it went well. I have had a few people stop by my house offering to do the service which I'm always a little hesitant to follow through with them on. The price is normally better but you never know the type of work you will get. I did some research and found Krypto Blast as they were a close service to my house. I called and spoke with Craig. I was able to work through everything through text messaging with photos, etc. He would have been happy to come by as well. He cleaned the area, and applied 2 coats of sealant and was done in about 90 minutes. Worked out perfectly. I may look to have some additional asphalt work done through him in 2019. Very easy to work with, seems knowledgeable, and very friendly. Did a great job."

Following site visit, I received a written estimate including pictures that highlighted the area to be repaired as covered in the scope of work. Additionally, Terra provided their Certificate of Competency from Broward County, Occupational License and Certificate of Liability Insurance with the estimate. I scheduled the job, and it was delayed due to rain, but they went out of their way to make sure it was scheduled for the next day so it would not delay other work that I had scheduled to be done.
