"I can't say enough good things about 3N1 Services and Gerald himself.  Gerald called before coming and showed up exactly when he said he would.  This was a big job to do in one day.  There were two people to start and Gerald brought in another guy later in the day to make sure they got it all finished for us.  Those guys put in a hard day of work!
We had some really nasty Mexican tile that needed a LOT of TLC.  My wife really just wanted to tear it all up but we decided to try a good cleaning and sealing first.  The results were just short of miraculous.  Because of the condition of the grout cleaning was not going to provide the best results so we decided to have the grout color stained.  Gerald did a sample area with various colors to choose from.  His initial recommendation was our choice as well and even a week later my wife commented that she was glad we went with that color.
A couple of days after the work, we noticed an area that wasn't as "glossy" as the rest.  I called Gerald and he agreed to come back to take a look.  The tiles in that area were had a lot of wear on the surface but Gerald went ahead and put two more coats of seal to try to make it better.  This was going above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the work.
In addition to the floor they cleaned a couch and love seat for us that had become a popular sitting place for our two dogs.  Again we considered getting rid of the couches before he cleaned them.  Now they are like new.
Clearly, the work performed by 3N1 is top notch!  But just as importantly, the people performing the work are top notch as well."
