"I did not get the same level of satisfaction from this contractor as the photos in these reviews reflect. This contractor performed unlicensed and unpermitted electrical and plumbing work, rerouting a drain line through a stair stringer, causing structural damage. The electrical was done using the incorrect gauge of Romex wire and the outlets were subpar per the electrician I hired to give me an estimate to repair. Electrical was run on top of studs and no kick plates where electrical was notched into the studs. All of this was covered up behind their drywall patches. I now have to have my entire kitchen rewired due to these damages at my expense. The drywall patches were made with tape and then textured over, no floating of the drywall joints and he wanted to charge me extra for that. Cabinets were assembled with gaps and crooked drawers. When called out on the unlicensed work he lawyered up. I'd think twice about using this contractor. Trying to get my money refunded."

"BUYER BEWARE! In April, more than a year after my purchase, installers came to fit my window for the third time, and yet again, the incorrect glass was used during manufacturing. After the initial installation, I pointed out to Joshua Sandoval that the glass did not match the samples shown by our salesman, Jeff Rodon. It turned out that I did not receive the SmartSun glass I was promised, which provides maximum UV protection. Joshua assured me they would order the correct glass and replace it without altering the frame. Reluctantly, I agreed to sign off and paid for the window. When the new glass arrived, the Renewal by Andersen team attempted to install it. Though the correct SmartSun glass was delivered, they couldn't remove the original glass from the frame due to a manufacturing error with the frame itself (as told to me by a Renewal by Andersen installer). I was informed that the entire window needed to be remanufactured and that the order would be expedited. During this second attempt, they dismantled the outer and inner framing and used Andersen logo tape to secure the glass, which was an unsightly solution I endured for six months. However, the window installed in April 2024, over a year after the contract was signed, still did not have the SmartSun glass. After 13 months, the correct, more expensive window has not been installed, leaving me extremely frustrated and disappointed with Renewal by Andersen. At this point, I do not wish to undergo another installation. I am requesting a refund. I have been trying to work with Customer Service for two months without making any progress. "We contacted Coastal Green Energy Solutions in March 2024. The owner, Saesha North, was very knowledgeable so we signed a contract on May 15, 2024 for an order of 10 windows, 2 sliding doors, 2 hurricane shutters and the installation of those. We paid a deposit of $17,461 on May 15 and were told the whole process would be 10-12 weeks, with the installation done by August’s end. After we signed and paid, we asked for the order confirmation for the items but never got it. In June (4 weeks in), we reached out and were told that they would get back to us. We never received any updates. At the beginning of August (11 weeks in), we contacted them to schedule the installation since the timeline was ending. We got the same vague answer and never got a further update. We’ve tried to reach out to them multiple times (emailing, calling, texting, Facebook) but either got vague or no answers. We got excuses that they were too busy or out of office, and empty promises of future updates. The office phone is disconnected and the owner is screening our number and not answering her cell. We were understanding at first but now it’s simply unprofessional. We feel we’ve been scammed."

"Horrible experience. They did a bad job on the original install. I found a bunch of holes in my attic afterwards. I had to fight them to get it fixed. 8 patches on a brand new roof. Ridiculous. The repair team that showed up was unprepared and had to use my tools all day. Had to babysit these guys to make sure I got good work. Now, Phillip Martinez refuses to answer my calls when the situation still hasn’t been rectified. If you already bought a roof from this company I highly recommend getting in your attic and checking your decking. These people give new meaning to the word unethical."
