"We had 10 windows installed ? 6 standard, 2 double, 1 picture, 1 mini bath window ? all in a single day. From the start, communication was clear: we knew exactly when to expect the crew and were warned upfront that the job would be loud, dusty, and disruptive. They weren't exaggerating, but they came prepared. They wrapped the furniture in plastic, and used a blower during window removal to blow as much dust outside as possible. All windows were installed and watertight by the end of the day. One guy returned the next day to finish interior caulking once the spray foam had cured (completely normal, and they explained why). The crew was friendly, answered every question we had, and walked us through maintenance steps to extend the life of the windows. We've had the windows a year, with no leaks, no condensation, no mold, and no warranty calls. Our AC is more efficient, electric bill is down, and highway noise is significantly reduced.
