"I called Ron from Certified Plumbing and he came out to our condo to assess the job and give an estimate on replacing our old 22 year old 40 gallon Rheem hot water heater. We accepted the estimate and he called the next week after obtaining a permit and came that Thursday. He called when he was here and started draining the tank. His assistant, Joe, came and they went to work removing the old tank and a prefilter to an existing whole condo water filter. Then they installed the new Rheem 50 gallon tank Ron recommended.
