He was very knowledgable in his proffession. His estimate for the work I thought was very fair and better than some other estimates I received. He was prompt and on schedule. We needed to make arrangements for him to come another day to replace a part he did not have in stock. He came on the day he told me and called before to let me know when. When his work was completed each time the room he worked in was cleaned up nicely. He took my old fixtures for an extremely good price to get rid of them for me. "Julio and a co worker took apart my air handler and cleaned all parts of mold and bacteria. They rebuilt the box that handles the return air and replaced pvc drain lines. A leak was detected and a third worker came to help with that issue. When all resolved, it was returned to working condition like new. It took all day but they were very professional."

They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. But this company told almost immediately that we did not need a new one. In less than 2 hours everything was cleared and cleaned up and the bill of $247.00 was paid.
