"We have been a customer of Ace for years and spent thousands of dollars on two brand new air-conditioning units for our house. One of our units has a control board that no longer works and for over a month we have had no air-conditioning. That part has been on backorder, and I am being told that there is no other alternative that we will have to wait with no air-conditioning until that part is in and they have no idea when that part is coming in. I asked him for a back up plan or an alternative solution or for a manager to call me and nobody has had the decency to do that besides Ashley, who’s been great, but unfortunately cannot tell me any other information. I have an 86-year-old elderly father who lives with me who literally has no air-conditioning and may continue to have no air conditioning for the next six months or however, long, it will take for this part to get in that nobody seems to know. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!!! Very disappointed!!!!!"

"Dwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic. I have used his company for the build out of my medical office and always refer our friends and family to him."

I thought it might we worth sharing what his work is like 5 years later. All of the work Paul did has held up well. The hardwood floors he installed look as good today as they did when first installed. The bathrooms were a total gut job and Paul totally transformed them. They are 1000% better than the original bathrooms. The changes and updates he made to the kitchen still serve us well. Most reviews are written immediately following completion of a project and I hope it is helpful to hear from someone who’s project was completed a few years ago and who continues to be pleased with Paul’s work."
