Once on-site to perform the work, the staff was quick, efficient and clean. They cleaned up all the debris from the work in the basement. They were careful around the trees on the house exterior and they worked with our electrician to provide an independent electrical service to the mitigation system at our request.
We did not pay until the job was done and we were satisfied with the work.
Their staff also followed up with us after the Radon Re-test was complete to confirm that the system was working as expected.

Some potentially asbestos the contractor has recommended to be removed by myself as this would dramatically increase the cost if he would have done it.

Contractor has recommended to protect the sump pump operation by a method that would automatically dump the excess water into the house sewer system whenever water well will be filling up even in absence of electricity in the house. I appreciate this a lot as the sump pump failure was the reason of my basement flooded. I am looking to avoid this event in the future.
