Stephens Plumbing did an excellent job installing both disposal and faucet. Jason arrived right on time and was professional and courteous. I would definitely call Stephens Plumbing again and request Jason if I need additional jobs done.

They seemed pretty good. It's all done correctly. I did not find them on Angi but I just know they're here. They were responsive and knowledgeable.

I've used Stephens Plumbing twice. The first time was August 2020. I was attempting to replace a Moen valve in my upstairs shower and the cartridge shell got stuck. The plumber arrived quickly and had the right tools to fix the problem in a jiff (15 minutes). He was extremely communicative and I was happy with the quality of service. The total came to $148 (it was a weekend and on short notice, so emergency pricing applied). In March 2021, I hired Stephens again to replace a leaking outdoor spigot in the back of our house. The person on the phone estimated that it would take approximately an hour or so to complete the job (~$270-300 with parts and labor). However, it took the plumber 2 hours to complete the installation, which brought the total to $416. The plumber did not report any significant difficulties with the installation (our basement is unfinished, allowing easy access to the pipe both inside and outside the house). Whenever I checked in with him, he gave the impression that everything was going smoothly. While I am quite satisfied with the quality of the work, I was a bit surprised it ended up taking double the estimated time and would have liked to have been provided with a more accurate quote beforehand. That is the only issue I have had with what has otherwise been punctual, professional and effective service.

Water heater failed in my parents home and within 24hrs. Stevens had it replaced for the same price quoted over the phone, without any additional charges or on site over sell. Very professional & knowledgeable. A competitor down the street from Stevens wouldn’t give a quote and wanted to charge a non deductible service call fee, even if they did the work.

Very professional, and very talented. They know their stuff. Replaced two 8+ year old sumps in my crawlspace. Did just what was needed in a very timely fashion.

Great. Kelly came out, pulled and replaced the faucet cartridge in 20 minutes. He had the item on his truck. Was professional and courteous. The work was fast and the charge was very reasonable.

I have had them for years. They do a lot of stuff for me. A lot of plumbing. Bathroom plumbing like if I have problem with the toilet or sink or something. I have them look at my furnace and my air conditioner. they are very reasonably priced. They do a lot of plumbing work for me. Actually, I hand their cards out to people. If they are honest and don't take you for a ride, you deal with those. They are very good about coming about. In fact, I had a problem with my furnace, it started making a noise. I thought I will set them up to come out. So I set up an appointment from two days from that day. The next morning I got up and the noise was unbelievable and then all of a sudden the furnace stopped working. I called them back and they came out the same day. They are very responsive.

Excellent. I have been a customer of Stephens for over 30 years. Always on time. Always professional. They do a great job, and I always feel confident when they leave that there will never be any surprises after they finish working on something for us. They are skilled professionals that I trust my home to and I hope you will also. They never try to sell you something you don't need, and advise you before performing any extra work they feel may be necessary to keep your equipment running efficiently and safely. A very trustworthy company.

These guys are very professional and very good. They price is very reasonable. They always come out and fix whatever you need and don't have to come back. They explain everything thoroughly and leave the area clean.
