One of our units has a control board that no longer works and for over a month we have had no air-conditioning. That part has been on backorder, and I am being told that there is no other alternative that we will have to wait with no air-conditioning until that part is in and they have no idea when that part is coming in. I asked him for a back up plan or an alternative solution or for a manager to call me and nobody has had the decency to do that besides Ashley, who’s been great, but unfortunately cannot tell me any other information. I have an 86-year-old elderly father who lives with me who literally has no air-conditioning and may continue to have no air conditioning for the next six months or however, long, it will take for this part to get in that nobody seems to know. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!!! Very disappointed!!!!!"
