"I have used Rick Ricker for a number of years now. They had been recommended by a friend and now I recommend them to anyone and everyone. I used to tell myself that the old shoe could control those roaches in Florida but after acquiring Rick Ricker's services every year, I realize how I don't miss constantly cleaning roach poop from under my sink and in my cabinet drawers. Also carpenter ants! and Brown recluse spiders in my garage! And little ants in my bathrooms. All of these things is something I will never again go back to doing. If I find a couple of these pests, I can call Rick Ricker and they will come treat the area for no additional cost. I have pets, too. They use pet-friendly and human-friendly products."

"We were told we had to bag up a lot of food items and they would bring us the bags. Week and a half before services were to be done, no bags. I had to drive to their office and pick some up. They did not give me enough so I went back to get more and was told they did not have any more bags. The receptionist at the front desk is extremely unpleasant, totally lacking in customer service skills, someone named Madeline exceeded the rudeness bar. I did talk with a lady named Era who was very polite and helpful. Finally a gentlemen named Ernie came out of the back room and went and located the additional bags I needed. Should not have had to 1. go pick up the bags myself and 2. beg, plead and argue to get the bags they insisted I needed. Service crew was almost 2 hours late, were very loud and foul mouthed. House was tented with pieces of tent that had been duct taped together and sprayed with adhesive glue. Very shoddy. Tony, the man we signed the contract with is unprofessional, talks down, over or around women which I found to be sexist and degrading. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and I would not hire them again. We have a spare room and garage that are not attached to the house and the only access is through the outside. They did run a hose to the garage to fumigate but not to the back room. Again no access between the two except for a tiny window that is boarded up. When I questioned how the spare room was going to be treated I was told not to worry, the gas would find the termites where ever they were. I'm not a scientist so don't know for sure that the gas can't permiate cement blocks but sounds a little far fetched to me. Prices were comparative to the other companies we checked so we chose them but I think we made a big mistake. They did insist on half down when we signed the contract and insisted on other half of payment before the tent was even up on the roof."

"Sulley is the guy I've been searching for here in Tampa Bay. Enthusiastic, thorough, responsive and transparent. Nothing reeks of sketchy. Nothing sounds embellished. We had a one week old child and saw a rat in our kitchen at 2am. When I found Sulley on Google Maps the next day, he answered the phone and came to our house the second he had an opening. He explained why and how these rats get inside. It's much more intricate than I ever knew. His team spent all day fabricating and caulking. Repaired doors, sealed thresholds, set traps, cleaned up soffits. It made you really feel like you were being taken care of for the money. He even went as far as cleaning our coat closet from all insulation and disinfecting the areas he found rat evidence. 3 weeks later we have zero evidence of rats. Our house is secure and safe.
