We set a couple of traps in the attic and caught a few rats but the noises in our ceilings and walls along with the smell just kept getting increasingly worse despite our efforts. I decided to bring in a professional and got 5 quotes before deciding on Sulley and his company. From the get go, I knew I made the right choice by choosing Sulley and his team. He was very responsive (answering my calls and texts 24/7), very honest, ethical, respectful, and he went above and beyond in every way one could to get our job done. Our rodent situation ended up being much worse than anyone originally anticipated. The prior owners had failed to disclose that the infestation had been ongoing since 2018. Sulley got to the bottom of it and handled our infestation once and for all. He literally saved us from a nightmare. If it weren’t for Sulley, we most likely would have relocated! Shortly after handling our primary residence rodent problem, I hired him for another job for one of our rental properties which he handled efficiently. On top of being incredible at what he does, Sulley is genuinely a great guy who I had the pleasure of getting to know over the period he worked on our properties.
