They even had us pay $500.00 to make sure there was no entry access through our plumbing pipes which they said this is probably where they are getting in, NO LEAKS just an additional $500.00 added to their over $2000.00 charge. They only thing they did was constantly come out and remove rats from the rat traps they set in the attic for my wife. They never disinfected the attic as promised, they did offer to refund us $300.00 because they admitted the rats were smater than they were, but when we called several times for the refund they never answered or returned our calls. Sprayed attic to remove rat odor and pheromones. Still no rats after one year. (Sorry for the late review.) Would definitely call/hire again if rats show up again."
