A person came out for a rat issue. They charge $400 for the traps. The person never came back to install them. Follow up with the office and they never call back. I guess I am out $400 and they did nothing. Would not recommend.

I Highly recommend Service Specialist Edwin Lugo! He was courteous, professional, wore "booties" while inside my home and gave me tips to clean out my sink drains so bugs wouldn't come from a clogged drain pipe. He put things back in place after moving them to treat the area and explained treatments thoroughly. He also swept away spider webs from my exterior windows and under the carport roof. Edwin deserves a raise, for sure! He's the best service specialist EVER! I will refer business to SAFER and to Edwin.

We've been working with Safer Home Services for a couple of years now since buying our house in 2022. We had a pretty gnarly subterranean termite infestation and after speaking with separate companies on what the best treatment approach would be, I chose to go with these guys based on the expertise of the person I was speaking with--Phil. Phil's the man! It's not often that when you meet somebody, you come to realize that they really are an expert in in their field and what they do. Phil walked me through everything going on with the termites in the house & our surrounding property, presented me with what the best option was for exterminating them once and for all, and then took a lot of time answering all of my questions about their treatment process and how it compared to other treatments offered by their competitors. I really appreciated that. Every since we originally got the the house treated by Phil/Safer Homes, I've tried to work with Phil every year to get the house inspected in case any of the termites come back again. 10/10 recommend

We had him come and told him he were having a lot of problems with ants. He came in and put some powder behind the electric plates and that was all. We paid for the annual protection. we had to call them again because of the ants still coming, the same thing done as before, AND we still have the ants.

I have an annual contract for pest control, as well as one for rodent control. I rarely have bugs of any kind in my home unless they fly in through an open door. The rodent contract is worth every penny, as I live in the city in a nearly 100 year old house and the rodents are persistent little critters. Mark really knows his stuff and comes quickly anytime I have an issue, and keeps on it until resolved.

I had written a longer review, but don't know if it posted, so here's a synopsis.... Safer homes is an environmentally safe way of ridding a house of more ordinary pests. Unfortunately, I had termites and needed tenting requiring more conventional types of pesticide. Mark at Safer was there every step of the way and calmed our nerves throughout the process. He restored all areas of the home that needed to be moved or taken apart (a fence) as a result of the tenting. He called us several times throughout to let us know what was going on and was there when we went back in. I've been with Safer Homes for years and this company is the most responsive and reliable companies that I have ever been in contact with. All their staff is polite and most important... On time... Fanatically so. I love them and you will too.
