"We had a yard that was vastly in need of a clean-up. Leaves that had built up for over a season in parts of the yard as well as a long set of bushes serving as a hedge between our house and the neighbors that had grown above the roof. Besides this, there are other "volunteer" bushes that had been allowed to grow tall and spread to their hearts content. Sean called within an hour after I put in the request to HomeAdvisor and I described our problem yard to Sean. We set up an appointment for Sean to come out to look at the property. He arrived when he said he would with his partner and after listening to my description of what I wanted to have done, he gave me a quote. We had two other contractors that also had called in response to my HomeAdvisor request. One said he'd come out a week later and look it over but he never came out on the day that he said he would. The other person said he'd call me back, but that call never came either. Sean and his partner and one other worker spent the better part of two days performing the work, including the disposal of all of the trimming, clean-ups, and general yard beautification. I was pleased with the way they worked and with the end result. I would recommend KDC Enterprises without reservation."

"Accidentally when I call for service he was doing the work in the area where I live so he offered a little bit lower rate. I do not know how much the rate would be if he has to drive to my place from somewhere ( I am sure will be higher). The quality of work is good and fast."

"They install lawn maintainance. It was okay… They move out a ouk tree. They were very good but they put the hebris to my Neighbor. She is unsatisfied. The branches are there from Saturday to Monday. Maybe they move out this on Tuesday ??? Tomorrow ??? I have now trubbels with my Neighbor. I am in a bad Situation. I hope Tomorrow Tuesday Everything is okay????"

"I think they treated the wrong lawn. The note they sent me via text message referenced trees and shrubs in my yard, I have none. They also did not leave a yard marker showing they had been there. Otherwise, this would have been a 5 star review."
