Called them out to repair my Frigidare freezer. on 11 Oct 25. They found the fan not working and said it's not in stock and had to order and it would not be available until 16 Oct 25. I paid $30 extra for it to be shipped sooner. They gave no updates and wouldn't answer their phone until 15 Oct 25. They came out on 16 Oct 25 and repaired the fan problem, but said he was too tired to check on the solenoid and clean the back of the freezer and said he would come out on 17 Oct 25 to complete the job. He never came out and never called to update me. I paid $481 for this service.

Once we finally got on the same page about an appointment time Lee was exactly on time and got my dryer working. He is going to pick up a replacement part and install it when he's back in my area.

The service man was very prompt and courteous and completed the job . We will certainly use him again should the need arise

24/7 Affordable Appliance Repair was hired to fix my ice machine. They replaced the condenser then the fan also needed replacing on the ice machine. After numerous attempts contacting him and his reply would be I will be there tomorrow to finish up. Tomorrow never happened! He did not complete the job as requested.

I was hoping that they would get the job done, but I felt like I was not getting the service that I needed. They did a job on the morning of my appointment. I am a little bit confused about that one because I waited all day and then they said they were on there way from Walton county but still had to order the part to complete. So I told them to cancel the order Sincerely; Mrs. Holt

The two repairmen were helpful, friendly and efficient. I would call them again and tell all my friends about their great service.

I called based on Yelp reviews and they immediately answered the phone, answered my questions, asked me questions about my washer and then said they would be at my house the following afternoon. I was so impressed with the father and son team and how honest they were. My washer was not fixable and they recommended a specific brand and even looked up 2 places where it was on sale right now. They are absolutely amazing, honest, reliable and I will certainly be calling them again when I have any other appliance issues!!

Trouble shooting with a phone to put the machine into maintenance mode to see the error codes. Took another day for the guys to send me an estimate did not have part numbers. Had to contact them back for the part numbers, took 24 hours to get part numbers. Called Maytag back told them the parts and part numbers they wanted. Maytag told me the part numbers DID NOT coincide with my machine!! I looked up the part numbers on Maytag s website, found similar but the prices 24/7 guys quoted were way underpriced compared to the prices I saw online. I texted the 24/7 guys to ask to stop by the house to double check everything and I have not heard back from them at all, they Ghosted me and took my $99 deposit in cash with them…. I received no recipe of payment from them either…..

These two guys were fantastic! They were extremely responsive and helped me and my wife though the process of a broken fridge. Would absolutely recommend.

They checked out our freezer, determined it wasn't cost effective to fix, recommended replacement. They come back and fixed a refrigerator and our washing machine, all promptly and everything is working fine. Great customer service and very knowledgeable in all the different makes we have. Would definitely recommend to anyone. They're going to be getting a call from us in the future when we need an appliance repair.

Very friendly and professional father and son. I was very happy with all of the support I got for my dishwasher AND garbage disposal. They said it was their toughest job in a while (no thanks to the “upkeep” of my shady landlord) but everything was resolved, my house smells better and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg like I thought it might. Same day service! They were able to fix my dishwasher without ordering new boards, saving me a lot of money.

The 2 gentlemen arrived within an hour of me asking for help with my dryer. They were on their way back to their office, I believe, so they said they could stop by quickly. A storm had caused a power surge and my dryer was flashing on the display. I had already turned the breaker on and off and unplugged it. I had also googled the issue and called the GE support line and was told nothing else could be done and that it was probably the control board. The guys pulled up with that expectation, too, but after just l less than 5 minutes inside, they only had to push a button to reset the machine. They charged $150 for that, which I thought was a little steep, but I only had $144 cash and they are kind enough to accept that. They also told me what to do in case it ever happened again. They were very nice and very helpful, I just thought the price was a little steep for what was done. I appreciated them getting to me so quickly, though.

I called 24/7 Appliance Repair, and my refrigerator just stopped working. I could not be more satisfied with the service. They quickly called back and could come out in the late afternoon that same day, even though it was after regular business hours. The technician was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. He quickly located the problem and had me back up and running in no time. Their prices were reasonable, and I loved how upfront and honest they were about the charges. I'll be calling them for any further appliance problems that arise. You won't go wrong with using them for good, quick, and cheap appliance repair! Recommend them highly!
