They checked out our freezer, determined it wasn't cost effective to fix, recommended replacement. They come back and fixed a refrigerator and our washing machine, all promptly and everything is working fine. Great customer service and very knowledgeable in all the different makes we have. Would definitely recommend to anyone. They're going to be getting a call from us in the future when we need an appliance repair.

Very friendly and professional father and son. I was very happy with all of the support I got for my dishwasher AND garbage disposal. They said it was their toughest job in a while (no thanks to the “upkeep” of my shady landlord) but everything was resolved, my house smells better and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg like I thought it might. Same day service! They were able to fix my dishwasher without ordering new boards, saving me a lot of money.

The 2 gentlemen arrived within an hour of me asking for help with my dryer. They were on their way back to their office, I believe, so they said they could stop by quickly. A storm had caused a power surge and my dryer was flashing on the display. I had already turned the breaker on and off and unplugged it. I had also googled the issue and called the GE support line and was told nothing else could be done and that it was probably the control board. The guys pulled up with that expectation, too, but after just l less than 5 minutes inside, they only had to push a button to reset the machine. They charged $150 for that, which I thought was a little steep, but I only had $144 cash and they are kind enough to accept that. They also told me what to do in case it ever happened again. They were very nice and very helpful, I just thought the price was a little steep for what was done. I appreciated them getting to me so quickly, though.

They were amazing my washer broke late Wednesday night. They came the next day ordered parts and was fixed Monday morning! They were super professional, nice, efficient and reasonably priced.

Responded quickly to request on Angi. Very easy to communicate with. Dressed appropriately and identified themself at door. Willing to come later in day to accommodate my schedule. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this father and son duo. Will be using in future when needed.
