"The company was highly professional in all aspects of my dealings with them, from communications with the office staff to Gene Jr. and Gene Sr. when they arrived to do the work I needed done. Gene Jr. arrived the week before to access what my insulation needs were. The original insulation was for less than what I needed due to years of settling and compacting in areas and other areas that were deficient or missing altogether. Repairs to my roof and ceiling from damage sustained from Hurricane Michael were performed but there was some shoddy work done which resulted in insufficient, and in some areas missing insulation altogether. I have full confidence now since the new blown-in fiberglass insulation has been added, that I will have greater ability to maintain more comfortable temperatures within my home during extreme temperature variations through the seasons.
