Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
We hired M-Worx in March 2023 for a project that they told us would take 4-6 months. It's now August 2025 and the project is still not completed because, as we will allege, M-Worx stole over $125,000 from us and caused over $100,000 in damages to the property before abandoning the project altogether. We have hired a new contractor to complete the project; however, we are still saddled with untangling the mess. In addition, we have wracked up 10s of thousands of dollars more in housing and storage expenses and legal fees, all while continuing to pay property taxes and mortgage payments for a home that we have been deprived of and cannot use.
