It went well. Albert/Space Coast Carpentry responded quickly, same day to my request for bids/estimates. He was able to begin the work on the following Monday and completed the work in 5 business days. Albert is a good communicator, expect 2-3 texts/calls per work day. Shows up promptly, does what he says he'll do and is easy to work with, accepts changes & add-ons without cmplaint. Happy to reccomend, will use again. Note this project was in a manufactured home. Space Coast is willing to work on these.

Space Coast Carpentry & Remodeling did an outstanding job installing vinyl flooring in my kitchen and dinning room. The pricing was very reasonable. The owner and his crew were very polite, they kept the job clean and they did the work in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the work, I would definitely recommend using them.

I called 3 different companies one of them being Space Coast Carpentry & Remodeling. I wanted to get an estimate on installing laminated flooring for 3 bedrooms & hallway a total of 1275 sq ft The owner Albert was able to come the next day. He was personable & very knowledgeable. He also gave me a decent price for installing ceiling fans for each of the bedrooms. I ended up using Space Coast Carpentry & Remodeling. I would recommend using him.

Single person ran business. Came out have me a quote for replacing a few screens on my pool enclosure and I agree to the price. We set a date for the service to be done after I got the materials. I took a day off work specifically for the day and no show. Said he had transportation issues. Said he would come tomorrow. Here we are the next day and no response. I lost a $350 day of work to be here and make sure everything went smooth. It's unfortunate because he seemed like a nice guy.
