Brevard Construction Company took out a soffit over my kitchen, re-routed duct and electrical work, installed recessed and pendant lighting, and installed dry wall, and painted my kitchen and living area. Dave was always accessible, which helped when I had questions or concerns after work or on the weekends. We weren't living in the house where the work was done, so it was important to have someone who communicated with us when needed. I am very happy with how light and bright my kitchen turned out and would use Brevard Construction again for renovation projects!

Tony and the crew showed up, striped the old roof off in a day and a half, ( was a double roof) installed the water barrier the next day. shingles were late arriving on Friday, no fault of Brevard const. supplier was back up that day. Shingled the roof with attention to detail and workmanship, very complete clean up, and very attentive to all the little details that makes a great roof!!!! took them 4 days from start to finish. Great workers and money well spent. IF YOU NEED DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME HIRE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!

We hired a previous contractor months earlier to replace roofing after hurricane Irma, who took our down payment, then would not do the job or answer the phone x months. So we contacted Brevard Construction, explained what happened. Then Colleen Sandborn and Tony the Foreman from Brevard Construction Co. immediately fit putting on our new roof into their schedule. And due to our past bad experience with another roofer, they did not ask for first payment until they were actually working on the roof!! They did an excellent job in every way! They made sure every small detail was done perfectly. It was like talking and working with old friends throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend them to anyone putting on a new roof in the future...
