Make it easier to pay so people can avoid credit card fees

They were scheduled to arrive at noon. They arrived at 8, but without the spider bucket crane thing needed to trim the Washingtonian in my back yard. They said they'd be back at noon. They got to my house a little after 1 pm. It was really cool to see that tiny machine take up so little space and yet lift people so high, but the tracks (bulldozer/tank treads) damaged and dented my lawn. They left cigarette butts and soda cans on site, and when I texted to complain, they did not respond.

They were ahead of time and finished in a timely manner.

They were great. Advised and shared information, project started and was bided on time. They were clean and neat. It was an enjoyable project.

I highly recommend contacting Arbor Source Professional Tree Care for all your tree maintenance and removal needs. Every single interaction has been professional, informative, and collaborative. Caitlin DeWitt from their team walked us through the entire process, provided incredible insight regarding the health of our trees, fairly quoted various options to consider, and was communicative every step of the way. Given one of the trees being removed was a native Laurel Oak, this also required an official approval letter by a certified arborist. Arbor Source Manager, Phil O'Connor, wrote the letter and had their Office Manager, Ashlea O'Connor, email us a copy prior to the tree removal. I absolutely loved their organized and efficient communication. On the day of the tree removal, a team of contractors came out to our home led by Foreman, Jeff Atwell. The entire team was organized, polite, and hard working. Although the weather felt over 100 degrees, they worked tirelessly the entire time. We provided them ice clothes and water as a courtesy, yet they continued through. The team removed both trees and grinded the stumps in under 5 hours, which was fascinating to watch. One of the contractors even saved me a one-inch thick slice of the tree as a keepsake. They cleaned up everything before heading out for the day. Such an incredible group of hard workers. Hands-down, I will absolutely hire Arbor Source for all my tree trimming/maintenance needs in the future.

The entire crew were awesome to work with, knowledgeable, funny, respectful of the tree, and our property. Whatever mess was made they cleaned up like they were not even here! How cool is that? I'm sure to use them again and will spread the word about them!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Caitlin was awesome, stopped by at least 6 times from the start to the finish, kept us informed and updated. The crew themselves were phenomenal, and professional, efficient and fast!. We can say we got our money's worth and then some. It takes a lot to impress me as I was in the customer service business for over 20 years. Cleanup was the best we have experienced as far as tree servicing goes.. Hardly know they were here!

Caitlin kept us in the loop the entire time. She even helped me find somebody to take care of my bees. The team that came to work at our house was very professional, quick and efficient.

I normally do not write a review because I mostly do not believe them. This company is 100% professional! Do yourself a favor and use them. There price was more than competitive and the work from start (quote) to clean up was perfect.

Exceptional. They were there on time and removed two trees that were over 35 years old but had to be removed because they were damaging the neighbors fence. Kaitlen came out and explained everything to us and was there when the crew began Could not ask for a better job to be done. I have recommended them to the management company of our condos as they did an exceptional job, were very skilled, polite, and helped us understand what they were doing. They also cleaned up and took away all the debris. Highly recommend them.

Company has the proper equipment to perform the work.

This was a most amazing experience. Phil came and quoted the project and was very knowledgeable about what was needed. Project was completed(it was no easy task) two days later in an unbelievably short period of time. Crew was like a well oiled machine and left my property all cleaned up and looking great. Would definitely hire again.

They came with bucket truck and another truck and did the trimming, removed the branches and raked the yard. Great job
