I had to reschedule due to an unforeseen event, and he was very accommodating.  I liked that he used non-toxic products to clean my carpets, but was told that the stain protection product did not come in a non-toxic version. The carpets dried overnight and they felt soft to the touch. Overall, he did a good job and I'd likely use this vendor again.

I have used multiple cleaning chemicals and tools to clean the tile grout, but could not do as good a job as APEX did (August 2021). The tile grout was sealed and it looks like it did 6 years ago. "I had to be gone to therapy at 1:00 and had to leave at 12;45. One woman did not get here until 9:40 (due at 9:00) and the second lady came at 10:00. The lady who went to the kitchen spent most of her time wiping down new cabinets (which did not need wiping) and cleaning racks in the oven.....never asking because I am not physically able to cook and they certainly didn't need cleaning.
