The cleaning team arrived 35 minutes late. We could not communicate with them due to a language barrier. I left because the service was a gift. My husband oversaw the process. When I returned I found many things not done. I contacted the owner and she replied that the homeowner usually stays. My husband does not clean, but he did his best. He did not do a walkthrough because they rushed out because they had other jobs to do was the best he could make out for the reasoning. I sent pictures to the owner and she said she forwarded them to the cleaners. The woman responded that there was a lot of dog hair. We told them we had dogs. Of course there would be dog hair! I explained to the owner that I was cleaning all of the things left undone and was not happy about it. Her response was that they could have not done badly on the entire house. They did clean, but not according to what we were told we paid for. The baseboards were not done. The floors had to be redone. The outside of the kitchen cupboards were not touched. The list goes on. I was disappointed because the owner never offered to make it right. She did not offer to send someone out to take care of the things not done. Nor did she offer to come out and do it correctly. She told me we were the only ones ever to complain. Well, one look at other reviews and this is proven to be a false statement. My husband tipped the cleaning team because he thought it looked ok. I would not have. As this was a gift I trusted the team to do the work as promised and did not think they would need micromanaged to insure that they did the job correctly. I am sure the owner will try to blame us, the customer, in some way as she has done in the other reviews. I do not recommend this company due to my experience. If she would have offered to fix the situation, this would be an entirely different review.

The service was great! Very very nice lady. I want her back and I had the number but I don't know where it went now I have it.

First time was wonderful. Did an excellent job. 2nd time they were late, different people and the cleaning left a lot to be desired. Never let me know they would be late. No English spoken. Overcharged me. 3rd time never showed up. Was not advised they would not be coming. Owner, Angela, tried to blame the workers, but she did all the scheduling. I had to call and ask where the cleaners were. Never reimbursed my overpay. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this company.

I had to be gone to therapy at 1:00 and had to leave at 12;45. One woman did not get here until 9:40 (due at 9:00) and the second lady came at 10:00. The lady who went to the kitchen spent most of her time wiping down new cabinets (which did not need wiping) and cleaning racks in the oven.....never asking because I am not physically able to cook and they certainly didn't need cleaning. I will not use Angelina's group again.

Angela responded quickly to my request and sent a team of 2 hard-working ladies who did everything we asked for and as well as we needed. Angela is professional in her customer service and hired very nice ladies who worked 4 1/2 hours without stopping. (Other people we have hired from other companies have employees that are constantly checking and using their phones and get distracted with mediocre results.) This was NOT the case with us. Yes, I would definitely use this company again.

It went GREAT for the initial cleaning and they return weekly, now, starting Monday 10/29. They did a FANTASTIC job and the owner checked in on her team throughout the day. They were very focused on the room they were cleaning and did not move on until the particular room was very cleaned/organized!!!

Angela is very personable and professional. Her crews are very hard working and do a great job.

They do a good job. If I ever have a specific request, I just leave a note or sent them a text and they take care of it right away.
