"Excellent cleaning, low residual smell, dry in a couple of hours. Quality of cleaning is by far the best I have experienced. Cleaned entire house (2 story, LR, DR, Hall down, stairs, Hall up, 3 BR.) as well as one 5x7 wool rug in place. Also picked up rugs and moved furniture because I was not able, and did not charge extra for this. Although we had an epic "failure to communicate" on just about everything (directions, throw rugs, replacement), and I allowed myself to become irritated, it was my fault and I am sorry I did not take more time and care to explain. Matt was unfailingly courteous, helpful, and did an excellent job. Will use again for sure."
